L2 IT Field Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Engineer (L2) to provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT infrastructure and end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Install, configure, replace, and maintain IT equipment.
• Perform hardware break/fix and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support user issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Coordinate with remote teams and vendors when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, replacements, and onsite activities.
• Perform routine site checks and ensure IT equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Field Support / Deskside Support / L2 IT Support .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
