Role Overview:
Looking for a Data Engineer – L2 Production Support professional to support and troubleshoot data & analytics platforms in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle L2 production incidents and break-fix issues.
• Troubleshoot data pipelines, ETL jobs and platform failures.
• Support Snowflake, Airflow, AWS and dbt environments.
• Resolve Power BI / Tableau access, refresh and data-source issues.
• Perform RCA, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 with detailed findings.
• Manage platform access, licences and user-related issues.
• Maintain ServiceNow tickets, SOPs and knowledge-base documents.
• Coordinate with Database, Cloud, IDAM and Network teams.
