L2 Support Engineer

Provide L2 technical support and handle more complex technical incidents - Analyze logs, reproduce issues, and coordinate with Development/Infra teams - Manage support tickets, follow through until resolution - Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and internal/external knowledge base - Support or train L1 team members or end users as needed - Report recurring issues and suggest system/process improvements

Package: At least 13 months/ year. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent - Minimum 1-2 years as L2 Support / Technical Support Engineer - Soft Skills: Clear communication, high sense of responsibility, strong problem-solving - Technical Skills: Financial knowledge - Foreign Language: Fluent in English communication (IELTS 7.0 or above)
