One of our Leading IT MNC Clients in Hyderabad is looking for L2 Support Engineer on Contract basis.
Exp: 3-6 Yrs
Location: Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate
Mode of Hire: Contract (Duration 1 Year)
Mode of work: Hybrid
Shift Timings: 1PM -10PM or 2PM to 11PM
Skills: L2 Support, Infrastructure support, Servicenow Ticketing, ITIL and Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
BAU Infrastructure Support
Incident and Problem Data Analysis
Problem Solving and Solution Finding
Support improvement, implementation, and support
Effectively work in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized
for their contribution
- Work with key stakeholders to improve delivery of end user experience, and shift left processes
where possible
- Embrace a positive change mindset, looking for solutions rather than just presenting problems
