L2 Support Finacle Customization

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application support for Finacle CBS and delivery channels in a 247 banking environment.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root-cause analysis for Finacle-related issues.
• Perform Finacle 10.2.x customization, configuration, implementation, and production support activities.
• Analyze functional and technical issues and coordinate with L1, L3, development, infrastructure, and other technical teams for resolution.
• Support Finacle application customization and enhancements based on business and banking requirements.
• Monitor and support EOD/BOD activities and ensure successful completion of critical banking processes.
• Provide support for CBS and delivery channels, ensuring availability and smooth functioning of banking services.
• Investigate application errors, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Participate in release, deployment, testing, patching, and change-management activities related to Finacle applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, issue-resolution procedures, and support knowledge base.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLA and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with the bank's business, application, infrastructure, and vendor teams for timely issue resolution.
• Provide technical assistance during critical production incidents and support 247 operations on a rotational shift basis.
• Maintain compliance with the customer's security, operational, and change-management processes.
• Work from the customer location in Bhubaneswar as required for the project.
