L2 Support System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware, software, and application support to end users.
• Install and configure standard images on laptops and desktops.
• Manage and track IT hardware and software assets.
• Provide mobile device deployment, configuration, activation, and troubleshooting.
• Perform password resets and workstation management in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot Windows/Mac, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, and AV/Video Conferencing systems.
• Support audio/video conference equipment, including daily checks and event setup.
• Document incidents, resolutions, asset transactions, and service activities accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and infrastructure teams when required.
• Provide excellent customer support and maintain ownership of issues through resolution.
• Provide rotational after-hours emergency support as required.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. / Engineering Graduate
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, Active Directory, networking, mobile devices, AV/VC, and telephony equipment preferred.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Walk-Up Support is highly relevant.
