Strong Hardware & Software Troubleshooting

International Voice Technical Support
Digital Signage Troubleshooting Preferred
Strong escalation & ticket management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L1/field escalations and complex technical issues
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with L3/vendor teams
- Manage cases end-to-end with clear ticket updates
- Handle customer/technician interactions via voice, email & tickets
- Ensure timely resolution and professional communication
- Collaborate with Field Services, Engineering & Problem Management teams
