L2 Technical Support (Mid-Sr Level) ONSITE

Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Handle escalated incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved by Level 1 support.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to prevent recurring incidents.
Provide remote and on-site technical assistance as required.
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
Manage operating system deployments, upgrades, and patching activities.
Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and vendor support activities.
Monitor system performance and availability.
Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and system updates.
Apply patches, security fixes, and software upgrades.
Support user account administration and access management.
Assist in implementing new technologies and process improvements.
Support business and IT projects as assigned.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Junior IT Support staff.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Share technical knowledge and best practices within the team.
