About the Role:

Must Have:

• VMware vSphere / vCenter administration: ESXi host management, vDS, DRS, HA and vMotion across enterprise virtual environments
• VMware NSX-T distributed networking and micro-segmentation; SRM site recovery configuration
• VMware vRealize Automation (vRA) suite: blueprints, cloud zones, IaaS provisioning
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration; Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP; IDM/UAM integration
• Backup: Veeam Backup & Replication (VMware), Veritas NetBackup / Ops Center; recovery testing
• PowerCLI scripting for VM lifecycle automation; HPE OneView for server profile management

Good to Have:

• Huawei eSight for monitoring Huawei compute nodes
• Integration of vRA with CyberArk PAM for privileged account automation
• Knowledge of Veritas Infoscale for Windows clustering
• McAfee IPS and DLP policy management within VMware environments
• Exposure to VMware vRealize Log Insight and Operations Suite

Responsibilities:

• Administer VMware vSphere environment (vCenter, ESXi, vDS, DRS/HA) across Cibitung and Bandung data centres
• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware NSX-T for network virtualisation and micro-segmentation; manage SRM for DR failover
• Operate vRealize Automation for self-service VM provisioning; manage blueprints and cloud zones
• Maintain Windows Server estates (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and integrate with IDM/UAM for access governance
• Perform backup operations using Veeam (VMware VMs) and Veritas NetBackup; execute and document recovery tests
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerCLI; create and maintain SOPs for virtualisation operations
