Role: L2/L3 Support Engineer

Location: Stevenage, UK

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide application/AMS support for enterprise and COTS applications.

Key Skills & Experience:

• L2/L3 Application Support / AMS experience in an enterprise or managed services environment
• Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM – Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management
• Experience troubleshooting application, access, configuration, data and integration issues
• Experience supporting multiple COTS/business applications
• Exposure to tools such as Oracle Primavera, Oracle Unifier, Deviprop, Crown Workforce Management or similar is preferred
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, CMDB and SLA/KPI reporting
• Basic knowledge of SQL/databases and Windows/Linux
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and third-party coordination skills
• Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing or regulated-industry experience is desirable
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance preferred
