About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled L2/L3 Systems Engineer with a solid background in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments to support our US-based clients. This is a high-autonomy role designed for an expert troubleshooter who can take full ownership of complex technical challenges from discovery through resolution. You will communicate directly with clients, lead implementation projects, and manage diverse client infrastructures without needing constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue Ownership: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support escalations independently.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary technical contact for US clients, providing exceptional clear, professional, and direct communication.
• Project Delivery: Execute end-to-end Microsoft 365 migrations and implementation infrastructure projects.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments across multiple client tenants.
• Network & Security Support: Configure and troubleshoot network connections, firewalls, and endpoint protection software.
• Automation & Scripting: Leverage PowerShell scripts to automate routine maintenance and optimize management efficiencies.

Technical Requirements

• Cloud Infrastructure: Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
• Azure Environment: Solid experience provisioning and managing resources in Microsoft Azure.
• On-Premises Systems: Expert management of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS.
• Networking & Security: Practical knowledge of VPN setups, firewall policies, routing, and endpoint security suites.
• Virtualization: Competence deploying and administering Hyper-V or VMware environments.
• MSP Ecosystem: Experience using standard Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms and ticketing workflows.
• Automation: Proficiency writing, adapting, and troubleshooting PowerShell automation scripts.
