Job Summary More about the role Oversees digital projects from conception to completion. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Analyzes digital trends to drive innovation and improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Leads the planning and execution of digital projects to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
• Monitors project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Identifies and mitigates risks that could impact project outcomes.
• Analyzes digital trends and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manages stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensures the implementation of best practices in digital project management.
• Responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Manage and oversee all stakeholders, ensuring they are adequately trained and supported.
• Appoint or lead project teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and scope.
• Manage the operating budget.
• Define KPIs and establish targets and benchmarks and monitor their progress.
• Develop and implement a governance and a reporting structure for the team.
• Establish and drive a culture for innovation and continuous improvement.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on digital technologies and project management.
• Hands-On experience leading digital projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and implementing digital strategies in a technology-driven environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is essential to demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and governance.
