Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 Data Center Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with server hardware, data center operations, incident management, hardware troubleshooting, and infrastructure support. This role requires advanced technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues while ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and related hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and infrastructure issues involving enterprise servers, racks, power, and cooling systems.
• Perform server installation, rack mounting, cabling, configuration, hardware upgrades, and component replacements.
• Troubleshoot server failures, disk issues, memory faults, power supply problems, and connectivity issues.
• Support data center operations, including incident management, problem resolution, change management, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with L1/L2 support teams, network engineers, system administrators, OEM vendors, and third-party service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in data center operations and L3 infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware from vendors such as Dell, HPE, or Lenovo.
• Experience with server rack installation, structured cabling, hardware replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, Ethernet, and fiber/copper connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or mission-critical data centers.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization and Windows/Linux server environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, ITSM platforms, and data center infrastructure management.
