• USA MSP experience highly preferred
• Sophos Firewall
• Wifi Ubiquity
• Sophos switchers and networking equipment and firewalls
• Experiemce with other network hardware
• Can do discovery
• Troubleshoot - Deploy and Configure
• Figure out how can we get into firewall - if no creds with new clients
• Can reverse engineer the firewall setup if they have to factory reset the new client onboarded without creds
• Communication great and client facing
• Along with Network other technologies- day to way support with clients - tickets and emails.
• Servers and cloud servers be a plus
