Project Summary

We are looking for an L3 Network Engineer to provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and optimization of our network infrastructure. The role focuses on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and supporting the evolution of our network architecture, security, and automation initiatives.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

- Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the network infrastructure

- Lead network incident resolution and perform root cause analysis

- Support network architecture evolution, security enhancements, and automation initiatives

- Support and maintain the existing network infrastructure at a high level of expertise

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues

- Participate in network design reviews, upgrades, and security implementations

- Automate routine tasks and improve network monitoring processes

- Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions accurately

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network projects and upgrades

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise or service provider environments

- Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining complex network infrastructures

- Advanced-level network troubleshooting, including root cause analysis

- Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices

Preferred Experience

- Prior involvement in large-scale projects or migrations

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

- Certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Palo Alto preferred
