You've spent years solving tickets. Now you're the person technicians turn to when the easy answers don't work.

At Kalutasan, we're looking for experienced MSP engineers who can handle advanced escalations, infrastructure troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and project work for growing U.S.-based MSPs.

This isn't an L1/L2 helpdesk position dressed up with a senior title. We're looking for people who can troubleshoot, design, implement, document, and own complex technical work.

MSP Experience Is Non-Negotiable

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on MSP experience is required.

What You'll Work On

·       Advanced L2/L3 escalations

·       Root cause analysis

·       Microsoft 365 migrations

·       Email and tenant migrations

·       SharePoint and OneDrive migrations

·       Azure environment configuration and administration

·       AWS environments

·       Group Policy creation and management

·       Server migrations

·       Physical-to-virtual server migrations

·       Hypervisor configuration and administration

·       Advanced RMM configuration and management

·       Monitoring and patching strategies

·       Automated software deployment

·       Advanced scripting and automation

·       VLAN configuration and routing

·       Firewall configuration and management

·       VPN architecture and troubleshooting

·       MFA and SSO environment configuration

·       Network infrastructure projects

·       Technical project implementation

·       Supporting and mentoring L1/L2 technicians

What We're Looking For

Required:

·       3+ years of hands-on MSP experience

·       Advanced troubleshooting ability

·       Strong experience with PSA and RMM platforms

·       Experience owning and resolving complex escalated tickets

·       Microsoft 365 and Azure experience

·       Strong networking knowledge

·       Firewall experience

·       Server and infrastructure administration experience

·       Experience working across diverse client environments

·       Excellent written and spoken English

·       Strong documentation

·       Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly

·       Ability to work independently and take ownership

·       Based in the Philippines

·       Comfortable working hours aligned with your assigned U.S.-based MSP

Experience with common MSP platforms such as ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, N-able, IT Glue, Hudu, or comparable tools is valuable.

Certifications Are a Major Plus

We're especially interested in certifications involving Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, Ubiquiti, CompTIA, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.

Kalutasan provides up to $500 per year toward certifications and professional development.
