L3 Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Java Specialist with strong expertise in Java application development, maintenance, and L3 production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot Microservices, Kafka, RESTful APIs, SQL, and Unix environments, along with excellent troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for business-critical Java applications.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java/J2EE applications.
• Design and implement Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs and Kafka integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production incidents.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and database-related issues.
• Work with SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Utilize Unix/Linux environments and Shell Scripting for operational support and automation.
• Manage code repositories using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8, and J2EE.
• Experience in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
• Good knowledge of RESTful API Development.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Strong understanding of SQL and Database Concepts.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Application Support, Maintenance, or Production Support environments.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced support and development environment.
