L3 Technical Product Support Lead,

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions for US Healthcare clients using .NET, Azure Cloud, and Python technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

Job Requirements :

• 9-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in .NET, Azure Cloud, Python programming languages.
• Strong understanding of healthcare domain knowledge (US Healthcare) with ability to apply it effectively in solution design and implementation.
• Proven track record of leading teams or working as an individual contributor on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
