About the Role

We are looking for an experienced L3 Windows Infrastructure Engineer to support and manage a large-scale enterprise Windows environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, automation technologies, incident management, and infrastructure operations. This role requires participation in a 24x7 support model and ownership of critical enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support large-scale Microsoft Windows Server environments.

• Provide L3 support for critical incidents, major outages, and P1/P2 escalations.

• Administer and troubleshoot:

• Active Directory (AD)

• DNS

• Group Policy Objects (GPO)

• Windows Server Infrastructure

• Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using:

• PowerShell

• Ansible

• Terraform

• Plan and execute:

• Security patching

• Vulnerability remediation

• Compliance activities

• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and availability.

• Participate in war-room calls and engage with business and technical stakeholders during critical incidents.

• Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM processes including:

• Incident Management

• Problem Management

• Change Management

• Service Request Management

• Drive infrastructure optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
