What they need
**Responsibilities:
- Act as the offshore technical lead and highest technical escalation point in the ITOC.
- Own Dynatrace alert tuning and Davis AI configuration to reduce noise.
- Own OpenText OBM ruleset governance and SLO/SLI definitions.
- Lead complex T2 troubleshooting and support P1/P2 incidents alongside the onsite L4s.
- Review RCAs, identify automation candidates and mentor L3 engineers.**
**Required skills:
- Strong Windows/Linux, virtualization and cloud (GCP preferred).
- Advanced hands-on Dynatrace (Davis AI, SLOs, workflows) and OpenText OBM.
- ServiceNow and PagerDuty.
- Scripting (Python, PowerShell or Bash).**
