Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and rebuild various pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm) and related equipment (motors, compressors, valves)
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assemble and disassemble rotating equipment
• Operate specialized repair and testing equipment
• Install and maintain pump systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical: Strong mechanical aptitude, pump/motor assembly, use of pressure gauges, flow meters, hydraulics
• Experience: Varies by level (e.g., assisting others for entry-level, fabrication for senior)
• Tools: Ability to own and maintain personal tools
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, client service
• Certifications (Optional): OSHA safety training, relevant technical diplomas
