JOB DESCRIPTION – R&D LAB ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the R&D team in fragrance formulation, sample preparation, and testing.
• Accurately measure and handle fragrance raw materials as per instructions.
• Prepare and label samples properly for customer trials and internal testing.
• Maintain records of formulations, samples, raw materials, and test results.
• Maintain R&D laboratory cleanliness, equipment, and glassware.
• Monitor raw material and lab-supply stock and report requirements on time.
• Follow all safety, quality, and laboratory procedures.
• Support the R&D team in fragrance evaluation, product development, and other assigned activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company formulations and R&D information.

Requirements

• GRADUATE/Diploma in Chemistry or related field preferred.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory work and chemical handling.
• Good observation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn about fragrances and raw materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
