Lab Assistant Engineer

• Responsible for laboratory management including the definition and implementation of related regulations and SOPs for equipment and processes, as well as laboratory 5S inspection and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate material preparation and purchasing requests within department through the SAP system, communicate with suppliers when necessary, and track the status of procurement orders to ensure timely delivery for laboratory operation and experimental activities.
• Support R&D experiments and testing activities by preparing materials and equipment, assisting in sample preparation and basic testing operations, and maintaining accurate experimental documentation.
• Coordinate report and documentation management within department according to defined processes and maintain related databases with routine updates.
• Follow strictly company policies and regulations including EHS, equipment maintenance, laboratory 5S, and compliance requirements, and perform responsibilities in accordance with departmental guidelines. Your profile:
• College degree or above in a relevant engineering or science field.
• At least 3 years of experience in laboratory, R&D support, or manufacturing coordination.
• Familiar with procurement processes and SAP system operation.
• Good cross-department communication and coordination skills.
• Strong responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Must be proficient in reading and writing English for technical and business documents.
