Lab Chemist

Job Purpose:-

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for analytical and microbiological evaluations of all raw, pasteurized, and final products

Job Description:-

• This position is to assist in the operations of the laboratory.
• Data Entry of lab test results for reporting process.
• Maintains standard lab practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of all product specifications
• Ensure product specifications are met according to company standards
• Acquire skills required for all lab methods
• Effective communication with other personal
• Maintain GMP through the facility
• Incoming Raw, Packing & Consumable, Material sample collection
• RO Water / Bore well water sample collection & Chemcial Analysis
• Sample collection of Raw Chilled Milk from Road Tankers
• Strich Adherence to GLP Practices, Verify CIP Process, Collect samples, Note Temp etc.
• Sampling, Packing & Despatch of samples for Chemical examination to External Lab & Central Lab, Testing of Product & Ingredient samples in the absence of Chemist
• Silo Change over First Packet collection for both Chemcial & Microbiological testing
• Flush out & First Packet collection for both Chemcial & Microbiological testing

Qualification & Experience:

• Educational qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry or Microbiology/B.Tech-Food Technology
• Relevant experience: Fresher
