IT Lab Computing Support Specialist

Location: Bothell, WA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Lab Computing Support Specialist to support laboratory computing systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), laboratory systems support, and Windows-based infrastructure.

Key Qualifications

• Experience supporting laboratory systems in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment
• Computer System Validation (CSV) experience, including IQ/OQ activities
• Strong Windows and Active Directory administration experience
• Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and user support
• Strong documentation and compliance experience within regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory computers, software, and related technologies
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory access
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Participate in validation activities and maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate with laboratory, quality, and engineering teams

Schedule

• Training: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Transition Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Long-Term Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
