Lab Coordinator

Monday-Friday, 1pm-9:30pm

Client description:

A leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that provides end-to-end pharmaceutical development and manufacturing solutions across the entire drug life cycle. Services include drug discovery support, API manufacturing and drug product formulation.

Client is making significant investment in upgrading facilities and have seen significant growth over the past two years.

Project description:

Support of daily QC laboratory operations. Reviewing, receiving and logging lab samples, supplies and chemicals in the LIMS.

Supports glassware and equipment management including washing, inventory, ordering. Coordinating deliveries and communication with outside suppliers.

Consultants day to day responsibilities:

· Logging samples and lab supply inventory into LIMS

· Wash, inspect and store lab glassware.

· Maintain lab equipment including ph. meters, balances, HPLC/GC supplies.

· Coordinate external testing shipments

· Regular inventory and supply ordering.

· Monitor levels of QC lab chemicals

Required Skills:

· Previous experience working in a lab environment. College science degree experience is sufficient.

· Prior experience handling lab equipment and an understanding of the attention to detail that is required.

· Previous GMP documentation experience in an electronic environment.

o LIMS or another centralized database.

· Prior experience coordinating/communication with outside vendors.

· Previous experience wearing required PPE.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
