Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree B.Sc.or Master’s degree (M.Sc. or in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a closely related life science field.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of hands-on laboratory, research, or higher education teaching experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with analytical instrumentation, bioprocess/fermentation workflows, aseptic processing, and basic troubleshooting of lab machinery.
- Soft Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and patience when mentoring students.
