Lab ManagerFulltime Lab Manager

Duties/skills:

• Directs, supervises, and coordinates functions and activities in any or all divisions of the Clinical Laboratory.
• Is responsible for operating budget, capital budget, and review of monthly financial responsibility reports.
• Oversees laboratory computer system and HIS-related issues including, charge numbers, CPT coding, and lab-related patient account problems.
• Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel, evaluates work performance, and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
• Reports to Physician Director of Lab/Hospital CEO
• All other duties/skills and qualifications will be discussed at time of interview.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or Clinical Lab Sciences
• ASCP or AMT preferred.
• 5 years experience in Clinical Laboratory required.
• 3-5 year experience in Supervisor/Manager role required.
• Proficient computer skills required.

Salary negotiable depending on training and experience.
