LAB Manager / QC Lab Manager

Responsibilities

• Be responsible cleanliness test customer requirement with designated timeframe

• Responsible all system / Machines in set laboratory to get correlation with customer Laboratory

• Support cleanroom cleanliness and environment to achieve customer cleanroom spec

• Supervise all subordinate to meet the company targets

• Investigate laboratory issues and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with customers on instrument correlation and testing requirements.

• Support cross-functional teams in cleanliness testing activities

• Manage laboratory resources, workload, and manpower planning.

• Analyze data trends and prepare reports for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience in Minimum 10 years experience in Lab Engineer
• Experience in laboratory management, QA/QC, or cleanliness control.
• Experience with laboratory instruments, data analysis, and report management.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and customer communication skills.
• Experience in HDD (Hard Disk Drive) business will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
