About the Role

At Earth Harbor, we believe in radiant skin powered by nature and driven by passion. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-loving Lab Manufacturing Technician to join our cosmetics lab team. This role is perfect for someone who cares deeply about skincare, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized environment.

You’ll work closely with our in-house chemists and production team to support the creation of premium skincare products. This position combines creative intuition with scientific precision—ideal for someone who appreciates both natural ingredients and well-run systems.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in compounding and mixing product formulas based on established formulations and SOPs
• Conduct basic quality control procedures to ensure formula consistency and adherence to safety standards
• Keep detailed records of lab work, including ingredient measurements, batch notes, and test results
• Help maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies, notifying the team when items are running low
• Clean and sanitize lab equipment and surfaces regularly to ensure a safe, compliant work environment
• Collaborate with the production and R&D teams during scale-ups, test runs, or formula adjustments
• Contribute to a culture of efficiency, organization, and teamwork across all lab activities

• Are comfortable working in a lab environment and learning to use equipment like mixers, balances, pH meters, etc. (we'll train you!)
• Can document work clearly and accurately using Google Sheets, Docs, and other internal tools
• Communicate well with others and enjoy being part of a supportive, collaborative team
• Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent (background in chemistry, biology, or related field is a plus)

• Full Time (8-4pm or 9-5pm M-F)
• Starting pay: $14
