Lab Services Alliance Director

For our client, we are seeking a Lab Services Alliance Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $210,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop employees through training, evaluations, and hiring
• Manage daily team activities and establish work schedules
• Serve as the representative for account management and compliance
• Oversee account-related issues including client relations
• Support budget development and expenditure review
• Optimize technology infrastructure to enhance service delivery
• Act as the contact for contractor specifications and performance issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to set and achieve departmental targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Advanced organizational skills and a proactive mindset
• Sophisticated mathematical skills for financial calculations
