Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lab Technician to provide intermediate-level support for validation laboratory operations. The role includes system recovery, hardware diagnostics, firmware and OS deployment, infrastructure support, and troubleshooting activities within a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and recover servers, workstations, and validation platforms.
• Perform hardware diagnostics and identify root causes of system failures.
• Execute firmware upgrades and operating system deployments.
• Configure RAID, BMC/iLO, networking, and power infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and lab equipment.
• Analyze system logs and investigate hardware and software issues.
• Restore failed systems to production-ready status.
• Support machine lifecycle management and infrastructure maintenance.
• Coordinate inventory updates and logistics activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and recovery records.
• Support engineering teams with system setup and troubleshooting requests.
• Ensure operational KPIs and service standards are consistently achieved.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, lab operations, or infrastructure support.
• Experience supporting server and workstation environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of firmware, BIOS, RAID, and system configuration.
• Basic networking and storage knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite laboratory environment.
