Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lab Technician to support advanced validation laboratory operations. The role involves complex hardware and software troubleshooting, infrastructure management, machine recovery, firmware deployment, and technical leadership within Client engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex hardware, firmware, and software issues across validation platforms.
• Analyze system logs, monitoring dashboards, BMC/iLO data, and engineering tools to identify root causes of failures.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Support virtualization environments and lab infrastructure operations.
• Lead machine recovery, hardware qualification, and system validation activities.
• Execute firmware customization, deployment, and upgrade procedures.
• Support infrastructure expansion and new lab environment setup.
• Manage inventory compliance and ensure asset accuracy.
• Develop and improve technical procedures, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate lab activities and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Drive operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in lab operations, infrastructure support, data center operations, or system administration.
• Strong expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of server hardware, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with firmware validation, installation, and debugging.
• Ability to analyze logs and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite laboratory environment.
