Location: Pomona, CA

Full time, NonExempt. Hours over 40 paid at Time and a Half. Contract position in the Scientific category.

Position Overview

Join our client’s laboratory team as a Lab Tech Aide, supporting essential operations in a dynamic scientific environment. In this role, you will conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests, assist with qualitative analysis of various materials, and help set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation for research or process control.

Your responsibilities will also include cleaning and maintaining laboratory glassware, utensils, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient laboratory operations. You will play a key part in making sure all laboratory items are thoroughly cleaned, properly stored, and available for use, while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests
• Perform qualitative analysis of materials, liquids, and gases
• Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation for research or process control
• Clean and maintain laboratory glassware, utensils, and equipment
• Ensure all laboratory items are thoroughly cleaned, properly stored, and available for use
• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• High school science courses required
• College level science courses preferred

Work Schedule
