Pay Range: $26/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sanitary cleaning operations in a sterile environment according to strict procedures
• Stock sterile and non-sterile protective garments in the correct order
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation and signing it
• Complete required training courses in accordance with company policies
• Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning products
• Assist other departments as needed
• Work safely and effectively in accordance with company regulations
• Undertake additional tasks as requested

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• High school diploma
• Experience following cleanroom protocols
• Ability to work in a sterile environment handling biological and hazardous waste
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as necessary
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Previous cleaning experience in a cleanroom/cGMP environment is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• Customer-oriented and performance-driven
