Lab Technician Biotechnology

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Technician to join our Biotechnology team. The candidate will be involved in cutting-edge research, experimental design, and data analysis in the field of biotechnology. The Lab Technician will be responsible for carrying out laboratory-based research, supporting the development of new biotechnological products, and contributing to scientific innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory experiments and research in biotechnology, with a focus on molecular biology, genetic engineering, microbiology, and other related disciplines.
• Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments aimed at advancing biotechnological products or processes.
• Prepare and analyze samples, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all experimental work.
• Collaborate with senior scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams on various projects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Interpret experimental data and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and scientific papers for publication or internal use.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO standards).
• Provide technical support to team and troubleshoot experimental issues as they arise.
• Contribute to the preparation of funding proposals, patent filings, and project milestones.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure the inventory of reagents and materials is stocked.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in biotechnology and relevant scientific fields.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree or PhD in Biotechnology.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in biotechnology, genetic engineering, molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, cloning, sequencing).
• Hands-on experience with various laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and laboratory management.
• Proficiency in using data analysis software and laboratory management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present scientific concepts clearly.
