- Coordinate with clinicians and laboratory teams when required.
- Junior Microbiologist
- Perform routine microbiological testing and sample processing.
- Conduct culture, staining, sensitivity, and related investigations.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and QC standards.
- Follow SOPs, biosafety, and infection-control practices.
- Support senior microbiologists in daily laboratory operations.
- Senior Microbiologist
- Lead microbiology laboratory operations and diagnostic testing.
- Review and validate microbiology results and reports.
- Supervise junior microbiologists and laboratory staff.
- Monitor quality control, SOP compliance, and biosafety standards.
- Handle complex cases, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
