What they need
- To check the quality of all raw materials and finished feed samples.
- Ensure the proximate analysis with NIR immediately once the samples are received.
- Take necessary action by informing the Chemist as stated in Feed Quality Action. Matrix if quality of raw material or finished feed is compromised.
- Responsible for periodic checking of samples based on wet chemistry method.
- Ensure samplings are done from containers and bulk lorry as requested by the Laboratory.
- Ensure samples are taken daily from the sacking off department for quality checks before delivery.
- Ensure all necessary forms in the lab are filled in and acted upon
