- Collect, prepare, and test biomass fuel samples.
- Analyze moisture, ash content, calorific value, volatile matter, and fixed carbon.
- Ensure fuel meets operational and quality specifications.
· Boiler Water Quality Monitoring
- Conduct testing of raw water, soft water, feed water, boiler water, and condensate water.
- Monitor pH, conductivity, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, chloride, silica, and dissolved oxygen.
- Ensure water quality is within boiler operating standards.
