Lab Technician

Malar Hospital, Hosur is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, and process patient samples.
• Perform routine laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently.
• Handle blood, urine, and other clinical specimens following safety protocols.
• Operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Perform sample processing and maintain proper documentation.
• Record and maintain accurate test results.
• Follow laboratory quality-control and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding investigations.
• Handle emergency and urgent samples promptly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Qualifications

• DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
