Lab Technician

Role & responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunoassay, etc.)

• Handle sample collection, processing, and documentation
• Ensure accurate reporting of test results within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
• Maintain laboratory equipment, consumables, and cleanliness as per standards
• Follow all quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols
• Adhere to NABL guidelines and safety standards
• Coordinate with pathologists and other lab staff for smooth workflow

Preferred candidate profile

• • DMLT / BMLT / MLT qualification (mandatory)
• • 1 to 5 years of experience in a diagnostics laboratory
• • Knowledge of automated analyzers and manual lab techniques
• • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• • Good communication and teamwork skills
