Job Summary

Face Era Clinic is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory-related activities, sample handling, and diagnostic testing associated with the clinic's skin, hair, and dental services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and handle blood samples and other specimens as required, within the candidate's training and authorized scope of practice.
• Assist with blood processing and preparation for PRP procedures, following approved protocols and under appropriate clinical supervision.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including centrifuges.
• Ensure correct sample labelling, documentation, storage, and disposal.
• Follow infection control, biosafety, and biomedical waste management protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and work areas.
• Monitor laboratory consumables and maintain stock records.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding sample processing and laboratory requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DMLT, BSc Medical Laboratory Technology (BSc MLT), or an equivalent recognized qualification appropriate to the role.
• Freshers may apply.
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory, diagnostic centre, or PRP-related sample processing is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of sample handling, centrifugation, laboratory hygiene, and infection control.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude.
