Lab Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare, process, and analyze laboratory samples in accordance with established standards.
2. Conduct routine and specialized tests (e.g., titration) and experimental procedures.
3. Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
4. Adhere strictly to established protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and smooth laboratory operations.
5. Uphold cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace at all times.
6. Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques, procedures, and equipment operation.
2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail, accuracy in sample handling, precise data recording, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
4. Sound knowledge of laboratory safety regulations and best practices.
5. Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
6. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office) for data entry, analysis, and report preparation.
7. Willingness and ability to work on a shift basis.
8. Possession of own transport is preferred.
9. Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
