Role & Responsibilities
- Supervision: Manages laboratory staff, assigns duties, and prepares work rosters.
- Quality & Safety: Monitors quality control procedures, calibration of equipment, and compliance with biomedical waste and safety protocols.
- Operations: Oversees sample collection, processing, and timely reporting of test results via Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Coordination: Liaises with doctors, hospital administration, and external reference labs.
