• Perform microbiological testing for In Process Quality Control (IPQC), water and raw material.
• Assist in the monitoring of instruments calibration to be in compliance with ISO 17025 and GMP/GLP requirements.
• Prepare microbiological media for testing purposes, ensuring sterility and accuracy in preparation.
• Perform routine Bioburden Test, Volume Check and Weight Check on in-process products (Injectable samples) for Sterile Plant according to the test methods and specifications.
• Perform visual inspection during media fill/aseptic process simulation (APS).
• Prepare and process Schott bottles, universal bottles, and plastic bottles for sterilization and depyrogenation.
• Conduct internal calibration for laboratory instruments, including pH meters and weighing balances, as per the scheduled plan
• Conduct cleaning on the autoclave used in the Microbiology Laboratory.
• Perform bioburden testing for water samples.
• Arrange and manage sample storage in the QC Retention Room, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
• Monitor and record cleaning activities in the K3 Microbiology Laboratory (Media Preparation Room and Media Storage Room).
• Record all raw data related to testing in the respective logbooks and test sheet in a timely manner.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
