Lab Technician / Junior Lab Technician

We are looking for competent and motivated individuals to join our team in Karachi for the following positions:

• Lab Technician
• Junior Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical testing of products according to defined test methods and specifications.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and analysis to support quality control and product development activities.
• Prepare analytical quality control standards using standard laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Follow prescribed testing methodologies and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Maintain proper records and traceability of test samples and laboratory results.
• Coordinate with the Production Department for sampling and testing requirements.
• Assist Product Engineers in evaluating internal and external product complaints, including tip-wear and chemical testing.
• Operate laboratory equipment and support its proper calibration and maintenance.
• Guide and train coworkers on test procedures, laboratory equipment usage, and calibration requirements.
• Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and compliance with established procedures and standards.

Qualification: B.Sc. in a relevant discipline, preferably Chemistry / Applied Chemistry or equivalent.

Experience:

Lab Technician: Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Junior Lab Technician: Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant entry-level laboratory experience may apply.
