• All equipments records maintaining in third party and physical records.
• RMC given approval for consultant.
• Daily checking concrete quality after concreting work.
• Gypsum checking.
• Shuttering and steel checking.
• Tiling and flooring checking.
• Managing construction project.
• Overseeing building work.
• Supervising contractor staff.
• All check list filling in KL software QCOP.
• Listing with clients, sub contractor and other professional staff.
• Checking and preparing site reports designs and drawings.
• Providing technical advise, problem solving.
• Ensuring site safety.
• Making daily progress report.
• Work schedule envaluation and progress monitoring.
• Mechanical Tower parking work to be completed
• Stack park to be complete
• Waterproofing work toilet and external development area etc.
