What they need
Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing and experiments following established protocols.
Conduct immunoassays, biochemical assays, and molecular biology techniques including nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR, and genotyping.
Prepare samples, reagents, and laboratory equipment.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
Record and document experimental results accurately.
Maintain laboratory quality standards, safety, and inventory.
Assist in method development and laboratory process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in immunoassays, biochemical assays, and molecular biology techniques.
Proficient in nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR, and genotyping.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with microarray technologies.
Knowledge of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and bioinformatics.
