• Perform laboratory/diagnostic procedures in accordance with hospital protocols and professional standards.
• Receive, label, process, and handle patient specimens properly.
• Operate and maintain relevant laboratory/diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of test results.
• Maintain proper records of tests, specimens, and reports.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality-control procedures.
• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper working conditions in the laboratory/diagnostic area.
• Report any equipment malfunction, unusual findings, or technical issues to the appropriate authority.
• Perform other duties assigned by the department head or hospital management.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Education: diploma in medical technology (laboratory)
• Skills: laboratory procedures, laboratory management, laboratory skills, laboratory skills (bloodwork, diagnostics), laboratory techniques & procedures, laboratory technicians, laboratory diagnostics, laboratory regulations, laboratory safety procedures, laboratory medicine
