LAB TEST MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage and supervise daily laboratory testing activities.
• Ensure all testing procedures are conducted accurately and according to established standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Merchandising, and other related departments regarding testing requirements and results.
• Investigate and follow up on test failures or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable international testing standards.
• Coordinate with external laboratories when required.
• Continuously improve laboratory processes, testing efficiency, and quality control systems.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Textile Engineering.
• Min. 5 years experiences as Lab Manager / Head of Lab in a Textile mills.
• Fluent in English (Spoken and Wrotten).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in handling minimum 3 global costumers lab accroditations.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control standards.
• Good understanding of textile/fabric testing methods and standards is an advantage.
• Hands on experience on compliance requirement.
• Have good a relationship with external labs / local buying hubs would be ad added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
